Based on a story by Harold Robbins. A man seeks revenge on the former friend who framed him for a crime. The main hero of the film "Vital Parts" Ti Kinnick (Richard Grieco) returns of Hong Kong's prison, where he spent five years for a crime he did not commit. Once free, he begins his own investigation of that mysterious crimes, which are the only two people: his wife and best friend. But someone obviously wants to prevent the former prisoner to learn the truth. Ti throw anonymous letters with threats to terminate the investigation, are interfering with his life. But Kinnick should pursue the case and punish the perpetrators of the crime. However, when the hero is already close to the solution, in his way themselves become the gunman.

The images are very frightening and the movie also contains a lot of sex scenes and naked women. There are only about 10 minutes of real solid gun fighting. The rest is sex and bad dialogue. The twists are pretty good but there is nothing special in this film. If you want to waste some time it may be worth it especially if you like R rated material but otherwise watch something else

Bawal na Halik is a heavy-handed morality tale of how God punishes excessive sleaziness, in both men and women, by inflicting AIDS upon those who partake in too many pleasures of the flesh. Jay Manalo as a macho dancer and Glydel Mercado as a prostitute/masseuse/dancer, the film was made at the peak of the AIDS hysteria, when Filipinos were finally waking up to the fact that they too could become infected with HIV. Unfortunately, the film also sensationalizes the tragedy of people infected with the virus by highlighting the irrational prejudices of the general public.

Ruby Moreno was already doing films in Japan before making movies in the Philippines. This movie was only her third local film versus a dozen Japanese film credits. Meanwhile this was Glydel Mercado's first topless film (She only did "wet look"/"see-thru to tits, nipples, boobs before). But her topless scenes her were quick ones and not well lit compared to the other films like "Sidhi, Mister Mo Lover Ko and Azucena". Still a keeper for collectors. Still recommended.

Ironic but Nick also happens to be a mechanic at Michael's shop and is at the same seeing Becky (Rica). What Michael witnesses one fateful night turns out to be a revelation which eventually decides their fate...

This movie was Rica Peralejo's onscreen Nude/Topless debut. She was only five times topless nude in films and then she never went back. And this was Joyce Jimenez sixth times nude in films. Excellent nudity but not long enough. But good enough movie to watch from start to end. And top-notch, high calibre actresses naked. Yeah! It's Highly Recommended!
