Tichina Arnold (born June 28, 1971) is an American actress best known for her role as Pamela James in Martin, as well as her current role as the matriarch, Rochelle, in Everybody Hates Chris. She also played the recurring role of Nicole Barnes on the television series One on One

Her other television credits include Listen Up, Soul Food, The Norm Show, Pacific Blue, The Jamie Foxx Show, All My Children, Law & Order, The Cosby Show and Ryan's Hope.

Arnold has a daughter, Alijah Kai, with husband Carvin Haggins.
