Hayley McFarland (born March 29, 1991) is an American actress, singer, and dancer. She currently plays the role of Emily Lightman on Lie to Me.

Hayley McFarland was born on March 29, 1991, and grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma. She appeared in several theatrical productions as a child, including Titanic, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Sound of Music. For many years, she trained under Michelle DeLong at ACTS (Actors Casting & Talent Services). She has been cast in both television and movie roles. She has appeared in TV shows including Gilmore Girls, ER, and Criminal Minds, and films including Ring Around the Rosie, An American Crime, and Winged Creatures.[1]

She is also featured in the Above the Influence commercial "Human Puppet" as a girl under the influence who is drawn upon and made to look like a puppet.
