Parminder („Mindi“) Kaur Nagra (* 5. Oktober 1975 in Leicester, England) ist eine britische Schauspielerin.

Bekannt wurde sie durch ihre Rolle als Jesminder Kaur Singh Bhamra in Kick it like Beckham (2002, Originaltitel: Bend It Like Beckham), in dem sie eine indischstämmige Fußballerin spielte. Ihre Eltern kamen in den 1960er Jahren nach England. Parminder Nagra spricht fließend Panjabi. Im Jahr 2003 trat sie der Stammbesetzung der US-Serie Emergency Room bei, in der sie bis heute die Ärztin Neela Rasgotra verkörpert.

Im Januar 2009 heiratete Nagra ihren Lebensgefährten, den Fotografen James Stenson.
