Ilka Bessin (* 18. November 1971 in Luckenwalde) ist eine deutsche Komikerin.

Sie ist bekannt für ihre Rolle Cindy aus Marzahn, einer übergewichtigen, aufgetakelten und abgebrühten jungen Frau aus der sozialen Unterschicht. Ihr wohl bekanntester Gag (entnommen aus der französischen Zeichentrickserie X-DuckX) ist die Alzheimer-Bulimie, eine fiktive Kombination der beiden Krankheiten, bei der man den ganzen Tag isst und abends vergisst, sich zu übergeben.

Nach dem Schulabschluss machte sie zunächst eine Ausbildung zur Köchin und anschließend zur Hotelfachfrau.
