Pamela David wurde am 6. Oktober 1978 in Santiago del Estero, Argentinien, geboren. Pamela nahm an vielen Schönheitswettbewerben teil, von denen sie einige gewann.

1998 zog sie nach Buenos Aires und begann Unternehmensführung zu studieren. Pamela brach das Studium allerdings ab um sich ganz auf ihre Modelkarriere konzentrieren zu können. Sie kam bei der Piñeiro Modeling Agency unter und erhielt zahlreiche aufträge.

Berühmt wurde Pamela David 2001 durch einen Auftritt in der 2ten Staffel der reality Sendung Ricardo Piñeiro Modeling Agency und den darauffolgenden Auftritt im argentinischen Playboy und anderen Zeitschriften.

Pamela David spielte in mehreren Südmarikanischen Filmen mit und moderierte 2006 die WM im spanischen Fernsehen. Pamela ist mit dem Basketballer Bruno Lábaque verheiratet.
