Amanda Lepore (* 5. Dezember 1967 in Cedar Grove (New Jersey)) ist ein US-amerikanisches Model, eine Nightlife Hostess, Modeikone, Darstellerin eine transsexuelle Ikone. Sie war unter anderem Werbegesicht für Heatherette, M.A.C. (Kosmetik), Mego Jeans, Swatch, CAMP Cosmetics. Das Modedesignerunternehmen Heatherette nutzte Lepore auf vielen ihrer Kleidungsstücke und erwählte sie, mehrfach ihre Marke auf der Fashion Week zu repräsentieren. Lepore ist außerdem regelmäßig in den Arbeiten des Fotografen David LaChapelle zu sehen. Sie nahm an der Artists and Prostitutes 1985–2005 Ausstellung in New York teil, wo sie in einem voyeuristischen lebensgroßen Set „lebte“. Sie wird von der Classic Entertainment Group (Manhattan, New York) vertreten. Lepore lebt in New York City und arbeitet als Nightlife Hostess in vielen Clubs und auf Partys.
