Juliette Binoche (* 9. März 1964 in Paris) ist eine französische Schauspielerin.
Der Vater Jean-Marie Binoche war Regisseur, Schauspieler und Bildhauer. Die Mutter polnischer Herkunft, Monique Stalens, war Schauspielerin und Lehrerin. Ihre Eltern gaben das künstlerische Interesse an ihre Tochter weiter. Ihre Großeltern mütterlicherseits waren als polnische Intellektuelle nach Auschwitz deportiert worden.

Schon als Kind spielte Juliette Binoche Theater. 1985 bekam sie eine kleine Rolle in Jean-Luc Godards Film Maria und Joseph. Bald folgten weitere Filme der unterschiedlichsten Genres. Ihre erste Auszeichnung, den Romy-Schneider-Preis, erhielt Binoche 1986. Neben weiteren europäischen Filmpreisen wurde sie 1997 für ihre Rolle der Hana in Der englische Patient (1996) als beste Nebendarstellerin mit dem Oscar ausgezeichnet. Für die Leistung in dem Film Chocolat – Ein kleiner Biss genügt wurde die Hobbymalerin im Jahr 2000 für einen weiteren Oscar (Beste weibliche Hauptrolle) nominiert.

Juliette Binoche lebt in Paris und war von 1999 bis 2003 mit dem zehn Jahre jüngeren Schauspielkollegen Benoît Magimel liiert, den sie bei den Dreharbeiten zu Das Liebesdrama von Venedig kennengelernt hatte. Mit ihm hat sie eine gemeinsame Tochter. Aus einer früheren Beziehung hat Binoche einen Sohn.
