Uta Kargel (* 29. Mai 1981 in Halle/Saale) ist eine deutsche Film- und Fernseh- sowie Bühnendarstellerin.
Nach dem Abitur absolvierte sie zunächst eine Ausbildung als Buchhändlerin. Daneben spielt sie in der Theatergruppe Grüner Hund, die sie im Jahr 2002 mitbegründet hat. Die Theatergruppe "Grüner Hund" spielt vornehmlich, wenn auch nicht ausschließlich, Stücke des russischen Journalisten und Autoren Daniil Charms.
Einem breiteren Publikum wurde sie in der Rolle der Lena Bachmann bekannt, die sie vom 26. April 2004 (Folge 2961) bis 22. März 2006 (Folge 3447) in der RTL-Seifenoper „Gute Zeiten – Schlechte Zeiten“ (kurz „GZSZ“) verkörperte. Sie stieg aus der Serie aus, weil sie sich beruflich größeren Herausforderungen widmen wollte.
