Leighton Marissa Claire Meester (* 9. April 1986 in Marco Island, Florida) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin, Sängerin, Songwriter und It-Girl.

Bekannt geworden ist Leighton Meester vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Savannah in der Fernsehserie Surface, war aber auch schon unter anderem in Gastrollen in der vierten Staffel von 24 als Debbie Pendleton sowie in der ersten Staffel von Veronica Mars als Carrie Bishop und in der ersten Staffel von Entourage als Justine Chapin zu sehen. Seit 2007 spielt sie eine Hauptrolle in der Fernsehserie Gossip Girl.
