Ulrike von der Groeben

Ulrike Gräfin von der Groeben, (geborene Elfes, * 25. März 1957 in Mönchengladbach), ist Redakteurin und Moderatorin bei der Nachrichtensendung RTL aktuell des Senders RTL.

An der Bischöflichen Marienschule in Mönchengladbach machte von der Groeben 1975 ihr Abitur. Von 1985 bis 1986 absolvierte von der Groeben ein Volontariat beim RTL-Hörfunk in Luxemburg. Von 1987 bis 1989 war sie Redakteurin beim RTL plus-Frühmagazin Guten Morgen Deutschland und Moderatorin des Sportshop. Seit Januar 1989 ist sie Redakteurin und Moderatorin bei RTL aktuell und war zwischenzeitlich auch noch in den Sendungen Der große Deutsch-Test und Der große Intelligenz-Test zu sehen.

Sie ist verheiratet mit dem ehemaligen Judoka und jetzigen Moderator Alexander Graf von der Groeben. Sie haben einen gemeinsamen Sohn (Maximilian) und eine Tochter (Carolin), die beide als Schauspieler, Synchron- und Hörspielsprecher arbeiten.

2006 engagierte sich Ulrike von der Groeben als Botschafterin für die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 2006 der Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung in Deutschland. 2007 war sie Ehrenamtspatin für den Kölner Ehrenamtstag, bei dem gesellschaftliches Engagement ausgezeichnet wird.
