Bekannt wurde Fiona Erdmann durch ihren vierten Platz in der zweiten Staffel der Castingshow Germany’s Next Topmodel, die im Jahr 2007 auf dem deutschen Fernsehsender ProSieben ausgestrahlt wurde. Zuvor nahm sie bereits an der fünften Staffel der Castingshow Popstars teil.[2] Seit ihrer Teilnahme bei Germany's Next Topmodel war sie in mehreren Fernsehsendungen zu sehen, unter anderem in Krügers Woche, MTV TRL und VIVA Live!. Sie moderierte schon die Musikshow The Dome und die Job Attacke 2007, eine Initiative der Zeitschrift Bravo. Sie zeigte sich von ihrer sportlichen Seite in den von Stefan Raab initiierten Fernsehsendungen TV total Turmspringen in den Jahren 2007 und 2008 und Wok-WM im Jahr 2008. Seit Februar 2008 ist Erdmann Video-Kolumnistin beim Online-Nachrichtenportal zoomer.de, das von Ulrich Wickert und dem Holtzbrinck Verlag herausgegeben wird. Erdmann berichtet über aktuelle Geschehnisse in der Fußball-Bundesliga und dem Sport. Am 25. März 2008 war sie in dem Fernsehfilm Eine wie keiner, einer Folge der Funny-Movie-Reihe, zu sehen. Als Jurorin wirkte sie an der Karaoke-Show shibuya des Musiksenders VIVA mit. Im Jahr 2008 posierte sie als Aktmodel für die deutsche Mai-Ausgabe des Männer-Magazins Playboy.
