Julie Bowen (* 3. März 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Ihr bürgerlicher Name lautet Julie Bowen Luetkemeyer. Sie ist das zweite von drei Kindern. Ihr Vater, Jack, ist Immobilienmakler. Ihre ältere Schwester Molly ist Innenarchitektin, ihre jüngere Schwester ist Ärztin in San Francisco.

Seit September 2004 ist sie mit Scott Phillips verheiratet. Am 10. April 2007 bekamen sie einen Sohn Oliver Mclanahan Phillips.

Bowens Schauspielkarriere begann 1992. Sie ist vor allem für ihre Gastauftritte in Fernsehserien (Emergency Room, Dawson’s Creek und Lost) bekannt. Zu ihren bekannteren Filmen zählt Happy Gilmore - Ein Champ zum Verlieben mit Adam Sandler. Von 2000 bis 2004 spielte sie eine Hauptrolle in der erfolgreichen Fernsehserie Ed.
