Stefania Sandrelli (* 5. Juni 1946 in Viareggio, Italien) ist eine italienische Schauspielerin.

Bekannt wurde mit dem Film Ich habe sie gut gekannt (1965). An der Seite von Mario Adorf, Joachim Fuchsberger und Ugo Tognazzi spielte sie das Mädchen aus der Provinz.
Ihre Tochter Amanda Sandrelli (*31. Oktober 1964 in Lausanne) ist ebenfalls Schauspielerin.
