Jelena Gadschijewna Issinbajewa (russisch Елена Гаджиевна Исинбаева, engl. Transkription Yelena Isinbayeva, von ihr selbst verwendete Umschrift Yelena Isinbaeva; * 3. Juni 1982 in Wolgograd) ist eine russische Leichtathletin, die sich auf den Stabhochsprung spezialisiert hat. Sie wurde 2004 und 2008 Olympiasiegerin, 2006 Europameisterin sowie 2005 und 2007 Weltmeisterin. Issinbajewa verbesserte im Freien und in der Halle sechsundzwanzigmal den Weltrekord (Stand: 15. Februar 2009) und übersprang als erste Frau eine Höhe von 5,00 Metern (22. Juli 2005). Ihr Vater, Gadschi Gadschijewitsch Issinbajew, gehört der kleinen Volksgruppe der Tabassaranen an.

Jelena Issinbajewa hat bei einer Körpergröße von 1,74 m ein Wettkampfgewicht von 65 kg.
