Patricia Kaas (* 5. Dezember 1966 in Forbach, Lothringen) ist eine französische Sängerin.
Kaas ist eine der international erfolgreichsten französischen bzw. französischsprachigen Sängerinnen. Stilistisch gehört ihre Musik nicht zum klassischen Chanson, sondern ist eher eine Mischung aus Popmusik und Jazz, vergleichbar mit dem Stil Céline Dions und Lara Fabians. Seit dem Erscheinen ihres Debütalbums Mademoiselle chante… im Jahr 1988 verkaufte Kaas weltweit mehr als 15 Millionen Tonträger. Ihren größten Erfolg in Deutschland und der Schweiz hatte sie mit ihrem 1993 erschienen dritten Album Je te dis vous, das Platz 11 bzw. 2 der Charts erreichte. Ein wesentlicher Teil ihres Erfolgsrezepts ist ihre Bühnenpräsenz; Kaas ist nahezu ununterbrochen weltweit auf Tournee. 2002 feierte Kaas ihr Filmdebüt in And now… Ladies And Gentlemen an der Seite von Jeremy Irons.
