Corinna Drews (* 30. Januar 1962 in Berlin; gebürtig Corinna Gillwald) ist eine deutsche Schauspielerin sowie Fotomodell.

Als Fotomodell machte sie erstmals im März 1981 auf sich aufmerksam, als ihr das Magazin Playboy unter dem Titel „Mein Sport sind Männer“ einen ausführlichen Bericht widmete. Außer im Playboy war sie in den achtziger Jahren mehrmals auf der Titelseite von Illustrierten wie Neue Revue und Quick zu sehen. Ihre Ehe mit dem Schlagersänger Jürgen Drews machte sie zusätzlich bekannt.

Zugleich erhielt sie einige erotikbetonende Filmrollen und nahm privaten Schauspielunterricht bei Käthe Jaenicke in München. In der ersten Episode des Fernsehmehrteilers Kir Royal spielte sie ein Starlet, das unbedingt von Klatschreporter Baby Schimmerlos (Franz Xaver Kroetz) berühmt gemacht werden möchte, in der Filmkomödie Die Einsteiger mit Thomas Gottschalk und Mike Krüger die zu rettende Frau im Indiana-Jones-Teil.

Die spätere Karriere der Schauspielerin Corinna Drews verlief eher moderat. Mehr Interesse erweckte ihr Privatleben, über das sie 2006 in der Sendung Nachtcafé berichtete. Nach der Scheidung von Jürgen Drews heiratete sie einen Tennisprofi, dann einen Immobilienmakler und schließlich den Möbelfabrikanten und Innenarchitekten Bernd Schragen. Die vierfache Mutter lebt in Siegen.
