Sarah Nile (born October 10, 1985 in Naples[1]) is an Italian model and reality television personality.

Nile was the first Playmate in the January 2009 relaunch of the Italian version of Playboy magazine. In February 2010, the magazine named her its "Playmate of the Year."[2][3]

From December 7th 2009 to January 25th 2010, Nile appeared as a houseguest in the tenth season of the Italian television series Grande Fratello.[4][5]
